Applicable to excursion bookings with White Trips Hurghada (Updated 2026).
1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the customer and White Trips Hurghada for booking and arranging leisure day tours and activities in Hurghada and Egypt.
2. Booking & Confirmation
Submitting a reservation form via the website or WhatsApp represents a non-binding request. The reservation is formally confirmed once White Trips confirms seat availability and issues the exact morning hotel pickup time.
3. Pricing & Payment Policy
All binding rates are set in EUR. Payment is settled comfortably in cash on the day of the excursion directly to the driver or tour guide (EUR, USD, CZK, or EGP). No online card payment is required in advance.
4. Hotel Pickup & Guest Responsibilities
Guests are kindly asked to wait at the agreed meeting point (main hotel lobby) at the confirmed pickup time. In case of delay or questions, please contact our dispatch team on WhatsApp at +420 725 509 943.
