Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clear, customer-friendly cancellation terms at White Trips Hurghada.

1. Free Date Rescheduling

We understand that holiday plans can shift (e.g. minor illness or family needs). If you need to move your excursion to another date, simply notify us as soon as possible on WhatsApp at +420 725 509 943, and we will gladly reschedule without fees.

2. Guest Cancellation

Since you pay no upfront deposit, you never have to wait weeks for bank refunds. Out of respect for our drivers and boat crews, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours prior notice if you need to cancel.

3. Weather or Force Majeure Cancellations

In the rare event that the Egyptian Coast Guard prohibits maritime navigation due to high winds or severe weather, we will inform you immediately. You can choose a convenient replacement date or cancel free of charge.
